Creative Brief

Client:

Atlantic Culinary; Chef Jim Gallivan & Chef Jay Curcio

Client Background:
"Seasoning" is a new organization which will consist of a series of nighttime culinary classes taught by a profession chef. Classes are held once a week and are non-credit, so no grade is given. Each session will include a specific recipe. The beginning of the session will be lecture/demonstration, followed by actually creating the recipe. Classes are intended for enjoyment for people with a passion for cooking and who want to learn more about how to prepare certain foods. The classroom will have a relaxed atmosphere with low pressure.

Chef Jim Gallivan, Chef Jay Curcio (agency side)

Target Audience:
Both male and female, middle aged to retired persons, and with the spare money to attend a class. Their reasons for attending may be to learn more about cooking or for social benefits.

Project Overviews:
To create a new branding for "Seasonings." This will include: A logo, stationary system, and a series of ads.

Objective:
To bring awareness to the local community of the offerings in Culinary Arts at McIntosh College. The ultimate goal is that persons after attending a series of these one night workshops will seriously consider a Culinary Arts career.
